PASSIONFLOWER (Passiflora incarnata) - Used by herbalists for relaxation and rest, passionflower may have antispasmodic and tranquilizing effects. Passionflower has reportedly been used for sleeplessness, convulsive movements, and for feelings of worry.*

SKULLCAP (Scutellaria lateriflora) - A comforting herb, traditionally used to calm nerves and release tension. It may be used to promote emotional well-being and relaxation during times of occasional distress.*

VALERIAN ROOT (Valeriana officinalis) - May help ease muscle aches and cramps, also supports the body in preparing itself for a good night’s rest.*
