All Organic Ingredients: Peppermint, Chamomile, Licorice, Catnip, Fennel Seed, and Calendula
Can be enjoyed cold or hot. 1-2 tablespoons makes a single serving, or brew all 2 oz. in a pot to make up to 3 gallons. Cover tea with hot water and steep for up to 30 minutes, depending on strength or flavor desired. Add honey if desired and enjoy!

CATNIP (Nepeta cataria) - May help soothe the stomach and help support the body in healthy digestion.*
FENNEL SEED (Foeniculum vulgare) - Can help stimulate secretion of digestive and gastric juices. May relieve occasional indigestion and flatulence. *
CALENDULA (Calendula officinalis) - Soothing to the mucous membranes and may help calm an upset stomach, as well as tone the gastrointestinal tract.*
