**Warm Weather Shipping Notice**

Important: When temperatures rise above 90 degrees, herbal products can become damaged in shipping. This is especially true of edible and topical products. If you live in an area where the temperature rises above 90 degrees, Sun God Medicinals CANNOT GUARANTEE that herbal products will arrive undamaged. We do however, offer "UPS" shipping options that will include additional packaging materials such as a heat shield and ice pack. We strongly recommend you select this option at checkout. Please contact us if you have questions.


Shipping Cost

Our standard shipping and handling fee for orders is calculated by the weight of your package and/or if other shipping options have been chosen. International orders are calculated by weight and by the country of destination.

We offer FREE shipping within the continental US on orders of $75 or more! 

We do not ship any hemp products internationally. No exceptions.

Time To Arrive

Most packages within the US have a 2-5 business days shipping duration. Orders outside of the US may take longer, depending on the customs process. Please plan for this if you have your order shipped internationally. Your tracking number will be provided to you once your order has shipped.

Handling Time

We ship daily Monday - Friday. All orders placed before 12:00pm PST will be shipped same day.  However, No shipping is conducted on Saturday or Sunday. As a result orders placed after 12:00pm, PST [on Friday], may not ship until the following Monday. Please plan for this when ordering.

Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs & Taxes

Sun God Medicinals is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).


Sun God Medicinals is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Idaho customers: ALL ORDERS CONTAINING HEMP PRODUCTS SHIPPED TO A BUSINESS can only be sent via UPS, and we CANNOT accept a P.O. Box address.

We do not send any hemp products internationally.

Please note that UPS will not accept P.O. Boxes to any shipping destination.
