This herbal tea blend is great for preparing the body's immune system for outside attacks. Herbs like hyssop and echinacea have been traditionally used by herbalists to help the human body fight off bacteria and viruses, while also nourishing the immune system. The Herbs Inside:
PEPPERMINT (Mentha piperita) - May help the body to naturally regulate fever, as well as support the upper respiratory system.*
LEMON BALM (Melissa officinalis) - May provide balance and support to the immune system, as well as the nervous system.*
HYSSOP (Hyssopus officinalis) - May help the body fight off infectious bacteria and viruses, as well as support the respiratory system.*
ECHINACEA HERB (Echinacea purpurea) - Used by herbalists to help provide support to the body’s immune system and may support the body’s respiratory system.*
CALENDULA (Calendula officinalis) - May be supportive in clearing out the lymph nodes. It may be useful when an individual feels worse in damp, heavy, cloudy weather.*
ROSE HIPS (Rosa canina) - Commonly used in teas or made into jams to boost the immune system due to its high vitamin C content.*

Can be enjoyed cold or hot. 1-2 tablespoons makes a single serving, or brew all 2 oz. in a pot to make up to 3 gallons. Cover tea with hot water and steep for up to 30 minutes, depending on strength or flavor desired. Add honey if desired and enjoy!
